Should I choose a monitored or unmonitored alarm?

A monitored alarm alerts a control room that can dispatch a response. An unmonitored alarm notifies you directly and sounds a siren. We install both and will explain which suits your property and budget.

Can I answer my intercom from my phone?

Many of the video intercoms we install can be answered from a smartphone app as well as an indoor monitor. We will recommend a model that suits the way you use the property.

Do you install panic or duress buttons?

Yes. Fixed and wireless duress buttons are a common addition for retail counters, medical practices and sites with after-hours staff.

Can the alarm work with my cameras and access control?
